The market is constantly changing!

This is what the CEO of Patafritas SA, told me when I interviewed him for my first book.

He told me that no one was thinking a few years ago that people would walk with a cup of coffee in their hand. Everyone, used to say: ”Let’s have a cup of coffee” and he could sit there for 45′ or an hour talking about stuff with a friend.
